This privacy policy only applies to members who elect to use the union's internal applications. Participation in the union's internal applications is completely voluntary and for the member's own personal convenience.

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or profiling purposes.
We store your personal information on our servers for as long as you have an account with us. Any profile data retrieved from Google or Apple is used to authenticate you and provide access to DCIWW tools.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. All data will be deleted if you delete your account except for non-personally identifiable content submitted for documentation or for collaboration purposes (e.g. Documentation, Wiki, etc.).
We do not share your personal information with any third parties except for sending SMS messages for authentication purposes and if/as required by law.
Since we do not retain your personal data beyond what is strictly necessary for login and basic authentication and personalization (profile picture, name, etc.), you can delete your account(s) at any time.
If any data is not deleted automatically upon account deletion, you can contact us at the email below and we will ensure it is deleted.
